Coralette Radish
Mid sized micro-green with vibrant green leaves and pink to deep pink stemmed radish. Slightly milder in flavour than the Daikon and Tsai-Tsai radish. Use this microgreens to add a intense peppery flavour into your salads, sandwiches and stirfries. High in Vitamin A and C as well as Calcium and has multiple health benefits.

Broccoli
To add that little finish that any professionally prepared meal requires Green leaf and white stem these gently flavoured micro-greens offer the perfect size for garnishing any meal. Broccoli is nutrient dense, extremely high in antioxidants and has great cancer fighting attributes. Contains high levels of a cancer fighting chemical called glucoraphanin and myrosinase which is released when chewed and together work to produce sulphoraphane.
